Dr. Walter Young: Thank you very much. I am honored to have the opportunity to gather here with my friends and supporters of the Osaka American Club. I was introduced to the Club on my previous visit to Japan some months ago. Following the visit, Koide-san sent some brochures to me in Atlanta.I said this is something. I think, my friend Ron Brown may be interested in too. So I called the United States Department of Commerce and I talked to Kathy Hoffman who was his executive chief of staff. She said she would pass the information on to Ron. He was very busy but Ron said he was taking a trip and would look at it on the plane. Following his trip, he came back and said, "Walter, you know this is a very good idea," and said "I will support you in any way I can." I said, "Ron, I really would like President Clinton to get this information on the Osaka American Club." He said, "Walter, I will put this in his hands, and see what he will do from there." Ron did take it to the White House and gave information on the Osaka American Club to President Clinton because he believed in the Osaka American Club and what we stand for. Unfortunately, because of the tragedy, he was not able to follow up and be here like he would have wanted to. He had planned to be here with the President. But sometimes tragedy brings triumph. And in our country and in our culture we celebrate Easter season and the tragedy of Ron Brown occurred during the Easter season in our country. The tragedy of Easter season was followed by a triumph. It was a tragedy of crucifixions and a triumph of the resurrection. Life has tragedies but there can be triumphs. We could make them triumphs. The triumph that we can create for Ron Brown would be his big dream of having a global economic society so that all people from all over the world can live in a free trade society and live comfortably. There are so many triumphs that we can create in the Osaka American Club just because of us being together and sharing dialogue. Another tragedy is occurring in west African Liberia. As Honorable Consul General for Liberia having served for almost ten years. I asked my friend Yank Barry if he could assist us because we have so many children and families displaced who are in need of food. Because of us being together here in Tokyo, Japan, and trying to make Ron brown's dream a reality, he decided he and our champion Muhammad Ali, champion in the ring, and the man has been a champion, Ali continues to be a champion outside the ring, have agreed to feed a quarter of a million people who are displaced Liberians. That is an example of making Ron Brown's life a reality of today. And I want to thank VITAPRO and Muhammad Ali for all of their assistance. I want to thank you for inviting me here and giving me the opportunity to serve the Osaka American Club and to meet beautiful and wonderful friends here in Japan. Thank you very much.

OAC HONORARY MEMBER, FORMER HEAVYWEIGHT BOXING WORLD CHAMPION, MR. MUHAMMAD ALI, APPEARS ON THE INTERNATIONAL AND SOCIAL STAGE AGAIN.

Mr. Ali who was struck by Ambassador Young's vision towards the OAC will surely accomplish the mission of the OAC with his fantastic footwork : float like a butterfly sting like a bee. it will beautifully float in people's dreams and hopes, and bring goodwill and happiness to the world.
Mr. Ali is also a great champion outside of the ring. He focuses his efforts on the sale of the VitaPro food called Champ Burger that contains low-fat and high-protein.
