As part of his goodwill visit to Indonesia on behalf of VitaPro Foods and the Muhammad Ali "Champions For Children" relief effort, Ali visited The Harapan Kita Hospital in Jakarta yesterday morning. Well known for his love of children, he hugged and joked with the kids who were there for treatment. All kids love Ali, a gentle giant who retains his natural gift for entertaining an audience.

News of his visit attracted hundreds of fans, who cheered "Ali...Ali..." as the three-time heavyweight champion of the world displayed his shadow-boxing form. Accompanied by Yank Barry, President of VitaPro Foods, the sponsor of the worldwide humanitarian relief effort, the boxing legend was greeted by Hospital Director Dr. Koesno Martoatmodjo. Ali presented a book on VitaPro vegetarian food products to Dr. Martoatmojo, who reciprocated with a book on the Harapan Kita Hospital.

Ali has given generously throughout his post-boxing career, providing donations to 19 countries. To mark their visit, Muhammad Ali and VitaPro made Indonesia the 20th country to receive aid, donating 100,000 meals to the hospital.
